Can't cast spells

Don't if this a bug or not but Tyris' spells keep failing, it worked fine at first

Have you put her up in non-magey armour? Her custom armour allows her to cast spells but regular leather/chain/plate or whatever still won't.

Nope still has the armor she came with, only I did was the did was add the tweak pack I got from here. Is this causing the problem?

It the shield she was carrying that was the problem
