Soooooooooooooooo. Uninstalling all the IR stuff and checking all the installed RR components, one by one. Upgradeable Equipment removed: still yields an error.Chosen of Cyric removed: still yields an error.Shadow Thief Improvements removed: still yields an error.BG2-style icons for RR content removed: still yields an error. D: All riiiight, so RR is innocent after all. What else could this be? Trying to install Item + Crit Revisions on vanilla ToB26498 + TobEx + Ascension + Fixpack: still the same error. Well now it's interesting all right. Trying to install ItemRev + CritRev on vanilla ToB26498 + TobEx + Ascension: installation succesfull. Okaaaaaaaaaaay, so now we know almost for sure it's something in fixpack to blame. Doublechecking: clean vanilla ToB26498 + Fixpack + IR. Error confirmed! Think, you update all the old string references, do it too late in a moded game and you'll impact none of the actual in game text, just the file they are loaded from. @Demi, maybe the description becomes too long ? Or whatever... The GTU uses this to effect the helm: STRING_SET 47173 @1047173 @1047173 = ~This is the reconstructed mask of King Strohm the third. When you place it on your face, the entire world becomes tinted with odd colors. Perhaps this mask will allow you to see something that you hadn't been able to before, but its use beyond that seems questionable. Now wonder I don't experience this, I always use GTU light from Wisp.....must had been an error when I chose the opther option few months ago, and never again in subsequent installs. @n-ghost - great work.
