I would to ask if it's needed to have installed the game in English in order to make the romance pack in NWN2 work. Thank you very much. I have tried so many time but it didn't work,, so I was wondering if it's because the language. I have another doubt, I don't have a file named "override" in the game file, but yes in the my documents one. Thank you.

Are you talking about the Baldur's Gate mod "Romantic Encounters" or the  Romance Pack for the NWN2 OC-MotB? Because you posted in the forum of the former, and this will not install on NWN2 no way you try it.

Please post the error message (or a secription of what exactly didn't work)  and what steps you took to install the Romance Pack to your NWN2 game. The language should be no problem.

Moved to the NWN2 Romance Pack forum.

I apologize for posting in the wrong place before and thank you for moving the post.

I was talking about the "Romance Pack for the NWN2 OC-MotB". I downloaded the pack from here: http://www.gibberlings3.net/nwn2rom/ ; then I tried to unzip the file into the module file, but it doesn't work. And I also tried to unzip it into the Override file, but I have only that file in the documents one, not into the game file. I know I'm kind of slow. I don't really know what steps I have to follow. If anyone could enlight me, I would be eternally grateful. I may look too dumb ... but if that pack were installed properly, how could I use the flirt option? I mean, it appears in the game since the beginning or later when you talk to characters. I'm really sorry for all the trouble. Thank you very much.

Hi Lyly. This mod works the old fashioned blunt way by simply replacing the files (the changes are there as long as the files stay in the Override). It has to be placed in the Override folder. I can check which one once I get home, but I think it's the one in the My Documents. The flirts should show up relatively early on. I am not sure if a non-English game has different names for the files, though. I will post where to install it, and if that doesn't work, it might be the case of the dialogue files named differently. All over-written dialogues will have texts in English.

Domi, thanks for replying. I unzipped the romance pack into the override file (in the documents one), so now I keep playing, I'll pay attention to check if the mod works. Oh! By the way, if I only wanted to have flirting options with one character, could I just have one file from the romance pack (ex. "BishopRomance" file in my Override file) or must I have all the pack? Thank you again for all your help.

The pack should be in the atari/nwn2/Override directory (the game one, NOT the My Documents one).  You can try to doctor the install to keep Bishop and Shared folders. Some of the modified dialogues or scripts have more than one character on them, so shared folder has those.  Hope it works. Sorry, I haven't touched the game in a long while, so I am rusty.

Thank you very much for helping me out. I have checked the NWN2 folder (the one of the game, not in my documents) but I don't find override folder. I have also reinstalled the game in order to be sure I hadn't deleted it by accident, but still there is not any override folder.  I uploaded a picture which shows all the folders are located at Program Files\Atari\Neverwinter Nights 2\ --> http://subefotos.com/ver/?f583bce4be6c1dd7b4cc55cb01aeb616o.png So, the only one titled as override is in my documents. I hope the pack works anyway, if not ... *let not think about it now*.

Again, I must say thank you for your aid and patience.

Did you run the game after the re-install? Bioware games have a strange way of creating the override only after you play the game for the first time.

Hi, it's me again. I'm just wanted to tell you, the romance pack is working (*jumping with joy* xD). I still have no override folder in the game one, only in my documents, but it's working for the moment ... Thank you very much for aiding me and being so nice.
