Bug report

Environment: WinXP, SP2.

After I start the duplicating process, if I try to move the MIT window (or click on its top bar), open over there an auto-hiding toolbar, or have it process on the background, it hangs and I have to shut it down manually, with the usual "Non responding application" error; the once-covered area of the MIT window defaults to White.

However, if I let the MIT finish his work on the background, it ends duplicating normally.

At a glance, it seems the GUI isn't able to update itself once the duplicating process has started, or something like this.

Thanks for the report.

Lennon, you were working on a new version anyway? If your python is better than my C, there isn't all that much point in me working on this.

Failing that, I think I see an easy way to fix this.

The rewrite will probably start out as non-Windows (using the symlink method), and my GUI scripting isn't overly developed (read: this will be my first go at it). Meaning it will probably be a while before it's even alpha quality.

Probably best to keep trying to fix bugs in the mean time.

Rats. Utter failure to pass the buck there.
