another quick question: opcode 143 "create item in slot"

None of the possible item slots seem to correspond with quickslots. Is it possible to create an item in a quickslot?

I think it isn't, but Quickslots might be listed under a different name. Check http://gibberlings3.net/iesdp/opcodes/bg2tob.htm#op143 and try with some in the game.

 

Edit: it's not necessary to put items in the quickslot for enemies to use them, and most of vanilla's item-creating spells place everything on the inventory.

Actually I want to put an item in the player's quickslot, so they notice it easily and can use it immediately without engaging in extra clicks or inventory management.

 

The only thing that caught my eye are 11, 15, and 35, which seem out of place. 3 slots that seem out of place, 3 unrepresented quickslots... yeah, I'm probably not that lucky. Time for testing I guess...
