Blade Banshee Kit

I'm new here, so I have no idea if this is the correct section. Please move if necessary.

I've been working on a custom ranger kit for a while now. Specifically I wanted to adapt the Blade Banshee prestige class from newer editions to the BGII ruleset. Technical limitations and the lack of a definite 1:1 conversion strategy make such work subjective at best.

I think I did an OK job, though. However, I would really appreciate some input on balance, grammar/spelling (non-native speaker) and stuff like that. It would also be great if some people could spare the time field-test the kit.

Here's the ingame description:

BLADE BANSHEE: The Feywild, home of the Eladrin, is a realm of high magic and eldritch energy. Elves and Half-Elves, as offspring of the Eladrin, still share a connection to their ancestral home and inherit some of their celestial forebears' powers.

Traditionally trained in the Longsword, some fey are capable of elevating their swordsmanship to an art form by learning to channel their innate magic into augmenting their martial prowess.

Some of them are capable of even infusing their blades with this power, developing a potent synergy with their weapons.

As such, these blades vibrate to reflect their wielder's emotions and sing her heart's song.

While these blades are commonly regarded as martial instruments of elven beauty and aesthetics, this is not always the case.

Some fey with a sorrowful past, deep emotional wounds or feelings of intense personal loss will use their blades to lament their fates, shrieking into combat, striking terror into their enemies' hearts and filling the very air with their eerie song. Those fey have come to be known as Blade Banshees.

Advantages

- Can achieve grandmastery in Longswords

- -2 to THAC0

- 4th level: Steel Scream

The Blade Banshee clashes her blades together, unleashing a mind-numbing screech.

Once per day the Blade Banshee deals magic damage equal to half her level to all foes within 20 feet and stuns them for one round. Both effects can be avoided by a succesful saving throw vs. spells. This ability is acquired every 4 levels (4, 8, 12, etc...)

- 5th level: Shrieking Blades

The Blade Banshee's blades vibrate ferociously, inflicting devastating wounds.

The Blade Banshee deals 1 additional magic damage with every melee hit. The damage is increased by one every five levels (1 hp at level 5, 2 hp at level 10, etc...)

- 8th level: Soothing Reverberation

With a soft sweep, the Blade Banshee's blades purr, reaching out to the minds of her nearby allies and revitalizing them.

All party members within 20 feet restore 1d6 hitpoints for every 5 levels of the Blade Banshee, lose their fatigue and are cured of deafness. This ability is acquired every 8 levels (8, 16, 24, etc...)

- 10th level: Banshee's Action

When the Blade banshee has the opportunity to concentrate, her blades will vibrate in dissonance with her environment, reshaping it to her enemies' detriment.

Every round, when no other action is taken (spellcasting, abilities, etc...), all foes within 10 feet take magic damage equal to every 10th level of the Blade Banshee (1 hp at level 10, 2 hp at level 20, etc...). A succesful saving throw vs. spells negates the damage

- 12th level: Bladed Disruption

The Blade Banshee's strikes are disruptive enough to continously disorient her targets.

Each melee hit by the Blade Banshee causes the target's THAC0 to be raised by one (cumulative) for one round.

- 13th level: Mind-Bending Blades

The Blade Banshee uses her blades to set up a fey harmonic pattern, allowing her an attempt to break her target's mind.

The target takes magic damage equal to the Blade Banshee's level and is subsequently affected by feeblemindedness. Succesful saving throws vs. spells can half the damage and negate the feeblemindedness effect. This ability is acquired every 7th level (13, 20, 27, etc...)

- The more powerful the Blade Banshee becomes the more difficult it will be for her foes to resist her magic.

Disadvantages:

- Must be Elven or Half-Elven

- Cannot wear full plate or plate mail armors.

- Cannot become proficient in any weapon except Longswords.

- Cannot become proficient in any weapon style except Two Weapon Style.

- No Charm Animal ability.

- -2 charisma penalty.
