  1. Okay, I've tried on two test installs, both BG1EE, both with the only other mod installed being DLCMerge. (As alluded before, I did it this way to eliminate the possibility of interactions with other mods. I certainly CAN provide my Weidu log for my full megamod install but I'm not sure it will be useful or helpful to anyone except the morbidly curious) The first has a full ToF install. The second has a full ToF install except for the NPC customization component (60300) In both cases I was unable to level up Jaheira after recruiting her. The level up button appears active but clicking it accomplishes nothing. I was able to level up Khalid as expected. Logs (debug and Weidu) are in the attached zip file (one of each for each install I tried). Logs.zip
  2. I'll provide logs once I've done a bit more testing. (I don't expect anyone to diagnose anything based on my full crazy house of cards!)
  3. Tested on Tiax (moved with Tweaks Anthology's component) and Jaheira. Hitting the Level Up button does nothing. If I use the customization power to change them to a single class, I can level them up as normal, likewise if I set them to level 1/1 in EEKeeper and add some experience (though then I get no starting proficiencies and such for them unless I set those manually too). Haven't tested yet on a pristine install with just ToF, will report back if/when I do.
  4. Can't explain the weird way it showed up in Project Infinity for me (except that I was running on not very much sleep so it may have been a problem between keyboard and chair) but this is what happened on a pristine BG1 install (just DLCmerge and this ToF component): Zipped up debug log is attached. SETUP-DW_TALENTS.zip
  5. The way it showed up for me during the install was a little strange. I was installing with Project Infinity, and it told me it had installed with warnings but I couldn't see any actual warnings in the backscroll. I had to dig into the debug log to find the actual error message. (I don't think I have those logs any more, alas, since I've been reinstalling like a mad fool today) I'll try it out on a completely pristine install when I have a chance and see what happens. I'm absolutely not ruling out any weird other mod interactions here!
  6. ...well until I went to reinstall the whole thing and a different component looked for that file under its original name.
  7. Got the following error when I tried to install the Revised Ability Score Modifiers Component: It looks like in the file structure for the mod, the file is called adjust_abilities.lua. Renaming it to ui_adjust_abilities.lua let me install without errors.
  8. I created an Air Genasi Druid/Elementalist on a completely pristine BG1 installation, just DLCMerge and ToF.. These were her stats in character creation: And these were her stats once I began the game: (I won't bother with the third screenshot but she also had two uses of Zone of Sweet Air). A bit of other testing showed that this appears to only happen with multiclass characters, and happens with other subraces (but only subraces) with stat bonuses/penalties too. It also looks to me like only racial special abilities are duplicated, not class abilities (like a thief's set traps skill). A half-orc fighter/mage/thief had the expected stats, while a wood elf fighter/mage/thief had +2/-2 to the appropriate stats, not +1/-1. Setup-dw_talents.debug WeiDU.log
  9. The 'Include bard songs from Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition' component will not install if either the Darkbloom Bard or Troubadour kits from Bardic Wonders are installed. The relevant error from the attached debug file appears to be: ERROR: COPY ~luBA0.2da~ ~override/lu*.2da~ FAILED: cannot open target Stopping installation because of error. ERROR: [luabbr.2da] -> [override/luabbr.2da] Patching Failed (COPY) (Sys_error("override/lu*.2da: Invalid argument")) It installs fine with other kits from that mod installed, and with the Items component. (I haven't tested it with other components from that mod, as I don't use those). Setup-dw_talents.debug
  10. I can confirm I've run into the same error around 'symbol_pain_no_save' in the 'Spells increased in power' component. The attached logs are from a completely pristine BG2 installation. (Had to zip the debug log for file size attachments but it seems to be that same ERROR: No translation provided for @222 ERROR: [SPPR733.spl] -> [override/SPPR733.spl] Patching Failed (COPY) (Not_found) error. If I set 'symbol_pain_no_save=0' in the ini file the component installs correctly. Hopefully this is useful information WeiDU.log Setup-dw_talents.zip
  11. Is Protection From Missiles supposed to block Arrows of Dispelling? (Not arguing for a change either way, just trying to work out what the intended behavior is.
  12. Well that was an easier answer than I expected. Thank you!
  13. Hi, I'm using this mod (specifically the component that adds Open Locks and Find Traps to bards) and Artisan's Warlock kit (and many many others but I think those are the relevant ones) and everything seems to be working well. I was wondering if there's a way to make AI scripts that automatically turn on trapfinding for thieves work for bards/bard kits as well? (Or if that should already work because right now, for me, it isn't.)
  14. Just wanted you to know that I ran into this same issue today (probably as a result of the same mod) and was despairing of finding a solution, so thank you! (Now we'll see if this giant house of cards I installed today actually stays up!)
  15. I've had a Power Word: Stun scroll drop in BG1. I want to say it was from a ghoul, but it might've been a hobgoblin. I wasn't paying that close attention when it dropped. I also had commoners go hostile during the first Neera fight. I can't guarantee that she didn't tag one with a spell, though I didn't see it happen.
