Casting Animations

Hello,

 

Just a quick question. Are casting animations hardcoded? For example, I create a holy caster type character and want him to use a custom animation as opposed to the evocation animation. Is this possible? Also damage types hardcoded?

They depend on the school, yes, maybe something else in bg1 (iirc it has unset primary type?), so you could only change it for everyone as far as I know. Damage types and resistances are hardcoded.
