Hi there, I made a custom kit mod and am attempting to install with the latest Weidu.  However, I keep getting a Parse Error message.  I've been scratching my head about this one.  I think I need a fresh pair of eyes.  Much appreciated!

Here's my TP2 File:

ADD_PROJECTILE doesn't need a destination--drop the ~override~ from them.

Still getting the same error.  Any other ideas?

As the error says, now it's a bad tra file at line 165. You've probably got a tilde missing somewhere.

Annoyingly the kit installs fine now but the game crashes when I select the kit during character generation.  Any thoughts?

What is this: 0x00003FR0? a missing space?

I've updated the tp2 file with your suggestions. Still experiencing crashes at character generation. I'm a bit lost.

How long is the string you assign to the kit description ? It has a character limit.
Welcome to the sanity, you are free to search for the limit, it's out there, we drew it in the sand.
Here's how to install all the ... mods you ever really could want to Infinity Engine games. I removed the stable word from there as Roxanne began to add BS mods that are likely to break compatibility from the BWS.

Haha bloody hell, that's it.  Thanks, mate.  I would have never thought that was an issue.  What is the character limit?

We're not entirely sure; check the thread next door.

If this is not an EE problem, take Taimon's number (4112). And i guess 4096 was the programmer's intent (it is a nice 'round' number) and likely the size used to allocate an internal buffer for strings.
