How to Debug Crash to Desktops (CTD)

I've made a mega install and I get a crash upon starting a new BG1 game. Using ToBEX I get the following information:

 

So what is InfGame.cpp? Where do I find Line 6377? Any help would be appreciated.

This is useful only if you have the original source, or at least a list of common asserts.
