Increasing the Mage Spell Table

Is there a relatively easy way to increase the number of spells a mage can memorize and cast daily. For instance double 1st level spells? Thanks for any help ahead of time.

You need something like Near Infinity. And then edit mxsplwiz.2da, which is a simple text file.
