Stratagems 30 (Collection of Hot Fixes)

I just got to thinking that instead of scattered over a couple of threads that perhaps it'd be better if the various Hot Fixes needed to install Stratagems 30 onto BG:EE 2.0+ were gathered in one place. I take no credit at all for them, I'm just merely making them easier to find. Give credit to critto, subtledoctor, and AstroBryGuy for actually fixing them.
