Are there any halfling classes or mods out there?

Firstly I would like to thank all those who have answered my qwestions in the past "Thankyou ".I was wondering is there any halfling based mods,or classes out there?.I know in Mazzi's class was fixed to true shield,Is there any mods out there that offer halfling based kits? if not would anyone mind in pointing me where to go to learn to make one.I would like to learn.Thankyou all for your time.
