General_Okay Posted November 27, 2014 Share Posted November 27, 2014 I wanted to make a spell that adds +1d6 magic damage to your sword for 1 rounds and makes your sword using paper doll animation FS Flame Sword for duration of the spell (you now like in druidic spell Flame Blade or BG weapon Fire Tongue, that flaming effect of weapon). Problem is I don't know how to do it via opcodes and DLTCEP. Could anyone help me with this? Link to comment
Jarno Mikkola Posted November 27, 2014 Share Posted November 27, 2014 Unfortunately the flame blade is a different animation than the vanilla sword, so it uses completely new and different weapon item, what I suggest that you would do is to use the opcode #8 and the location 21, so you don't need to deal with the weapon animation, as you are just temporally enchanting an already existing item... if that is what you want to do. Yes, I'm familiar with 8 opcode, just wanted to add a flaming effect exactly. That looks ggreat and unique a little. Thought that it could be managable by scripts, but search gives me 0 results.
