I did full reinstall of everything with only the gog BG1 ee (with expansion) and BG1 npc and the moment she joins the party imoen's talks are messed up (I don't remember her ever talking about exploding barrels). I'm surprised gog.com usually keeps everything identical to the original but from what you're saying it sounds like a single folder was moved. I am really hoping this can get fixed I would love a full play through so I can replay the game and go into the expansion with different parties.
