  1. The behavior from the Nostalgia Pack is unintended and will be fixed in the next version.
  2. @DavidWcongratz on the release! Symbols and Power Words move to the school of Enchantment Did you also change their casting animation and casting sounds to match the new school?
  3. My vote is yes—no reason for the EE to differ from the classic in this instance.
  4. Dual wielders should in fact already retain their BG2 sprites. The code specifically checks for the slot shield in CRE files and, if there is anything other than a shield, it skips the patching.
  5. Thank you! I got it: It's the Nostalgia Pack. I had included a mass-dump of original BG icons to fix the issue with some icons in the Enhanced Editions being too tiny and I included scroll icons in there. Removing them from the override folder fixed this.
  6. I've just started a modded BGII:EE run: and there appears to be an issue whereby spell scrolls show up in the inventory with a generic furled up scroll icon: https://imgur.com/a/9nD4Gkn The scrolls in the screenshot are Flame Arrow and Dispel Magic. Any idea which mod might be doing this? I checked the scrolls in NI and they appear to all have the furled up scroll icon even in the unmodded game, even though they display all right when you play.
  7. That was it! Thank you! EDIT: Spoke too soon, now the error message changed to: I'll see if I can install the UI mod after SCS then...
  8. I apologize if this has been mentioned before; I'm getting the following error message when trying to install the Initialize AI component: This is the code for component 5900: BEGIN @16024 DESIGNATED 5900 GROUP @6 REQUIRE_PREDICATE (GAME_IS ~tutu tutu_totsc bgee bg2ee eet iwdee~ || MOD_IS_INSTALLED ~setup-bg2fixpack.tp2~ ~0~ ) @24124 LAF run STR_VAR files=initial location=initial END ACTION_IF !VARIABLE_IS_SET SFO_batch_mode BEGIN CLEAR_MEMORY // we've messed enough settings around, best to re-initialise 'always' END Any idea how I can work around this?
  9. No, the Enhanced Editions already have high quality music by default.
  10. Shouldn’t we strive for consistency across titles?
  11. This one looks like a candidate for this thread: https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/comment/1186028/#Comment_1186028 Unless EEex already takes care of it—@Bubb?
  12. This is, however, one of those fixes that warrants backporting to the BG2FP. It’s cool to adopt an EE-only solution for the EEFP, but a discussion on how to handle it universally still has merit IMO.
