Tutu monk - Sword and Fist installed - "quick weapon" special ability?

I have Sword and Fist installed in a Tutu game and my monk has acrued 10 uses of a "Quick Weapon" special ability. The icon is empty however. What is this?

 

Btw, she does appear to have the proper number of uses of Stunning Blow, Flurry of Blows, and Wholeness of Body.

You'd have to ask NiGHTMARE, though I don't know if he is active these days. I'll have a look on MSN for him...
