Guest Guest_Pacek_*
that was fixed post release. Ok, I've got the latest update now and the problem is indeed fixed. Next bug: blindness seems to give a bonus to thac0 instead of a penalty. Link to comment
sheriffharry
Hello, New gemRB user here. I run gemRb on Android (latest Market version: 0.6.6) on an ARCHOS 32 (400x240 pixels only!). I've installed "Icewind Dale II" and "Widescreen v.3.05" on the 800X600 settings. Everything (amazingly!) runs pretty well, especially with the magnifying glass option. There are still 4 slightly minor, but very annoying glitches: (Please redirect me to the proper place to report those, if it's not here...): One is game-wise: - My spellcasters don't have spells! (clerics or magic-users). Spells screen is blank for everybody... 3 are interface-wise: - Video introduction will run over and over, no way to stop/skip them. (I had to begin the game on the PC then transfer the saved game on Android.) - The PAUSE function doesn't work (either by assigning a key OR by pressing the pause icon on screen). - The sound is choppy on all settings (machine limitation?). Keep up the great work, Thanks! Link to comment
SyntaxError
Well the IWD2 implementation is largely incomplete. if you want a good playing experience you should play the BG series or IWD1. video looping and pause strike me as odd tho. yes anything choppy is likely due to machine limitations. sheriffharry
Hello again, I've switched to Baldur's Gate 2 (still with gem RB 0.6.6 on my Archos 32) and it's running like a charm. Only one minor glitch you might want to check: When using a physical key (example: the volume key) as the mouse left-button, the screen doesn't move when clicking on the edges. The only way to change the view area is to select a single character that recenter the screen. Everything works well when using screen-tap to emulate the left button. It's a minor thing, but hey might as well make it perfect! Thanks again for all the work. Link to comment
