[ToB] Tidbit in ITM V1 Extended Header THAC0 Bonus

Rather minor thing. If 0x014 (THAC0 Bonus) of the Extended Header of ITM V1 is USHORT_MAX (32767), then the item will always hit.

 

Other things found in the same function are if the target is STATE_HELPLESS or target is affected by time stop, then the attacker will always hit.
