Tweaks/fixes to the Angelo mod by the community.

There seems to be not much more than the EET compatibility update & chapter number calculator made here at the BW(S) Fixpack, that makes it able to be installed on top of the EET game, so not just the BG2EE, so if you ever get to update the mod, it's there for you to use.

And people to manually use if they please. Without the BW(S) fixpack.

There's a few tweaks/fixes to the v7 that the BW(S) fixpack has, one being the EET installation ability and two .d patches, and the tree talk dialog. They are all available here.
Anyone that knows a bit about moding should be able to also make these changes to their own mod before installing it and even without the BW(S) Fixpack. But I would encourage someone here to update the mod... to say v7., why cause the 2 would have to follow one which is not available yet. Aka "cause circular reasoning".

CamDawg, you said you would like common courtesy, so here it is.

Go here, open up the .patch files, and the folder with the two other patch files, and make sure that the v11++ has all of the fixes they provide, upload a new version of the fixpack and then send a personal message to ALIEN in SHSforums that you have them all in the latest version.

Reasons for the xifes, don't know.

Restrict resting ?

Le sigh, already our first bug. Installing any of the components that alter rest spawns will also enable you to rest anywhere.

Would it be easy to make a mod that restricts resting to only to inns ? Or to everywhere except a few places ?

I know it's easy to just read the .are file, and flag them to not allow resting, but is that all I have to do ?
And what would be the most effective way to build the list of the not allowed places to rest... for it to be the most compatible and so forth.

And I am taking suggestions here, not just single answer of this is how to do it and there's no better ways, cause all that's debatable. As I actually might want to do a few components that restrict it more and less.

According to the readme:

ShadowKeeper will often list multiple entries for an item (e.g., there are two "Pearl"s and two "Wand of Lightning"s in ShadowKeeper's item list) -- but only one of them is really found in the game and only one of them will work with the Item Upgrade mod. If you give yourself the wrongone (and it is easy to do since they have the same name) you won't be able to do the upgrade.

This is simply because the .itm's have multiple replicas of each others, especially in large combinations of mods. The BWS should have had a stab at this, but I can't find it any longer, so do you have an intention to allow the player to use the different same items from mods to be utilized as equals in every item upgrade option ?
