Rotated AR0903 stuff

BG2Tweaks' new AR0903.WED + TIS combo breaks maps for other mods that depend on the old WED + TIS for their areas. Can BG2Tweaks' files be added to the game (with custom filenames) instead of overwriting vanilla resources?

There's a potential collision with that as there's mods that have taken the BG2 Tweaks already into consideration and thus changed their approach to the change.

The TDD could also copy the data at install time and use it as it's own unique resource. Yep, it potentially triple the memory storage space use... but.
