The DragonLance Total Conversion Editor Pro (DLTCEP) is an unofficial game file editor/checker/browser for Infinity Engine games. Data file updates and technical support are available here.

GemRB

GemRB is a port of the original Infinity Engine (the one powering Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, Planescape: Torment, etc.) to Linux/Unix, Mac OS X and Windows, with some enhancements.

The Gibberlings Three Debugging Suite for BG2

A WeiDU-based suite of tools to help find errors and bugs in game files. Currently only for BG2 and available from the downloads page.

Alternatives

Alternatives offers two new possibilities to consider when choosing allies in Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn.

Amber

This NPC mod for BG2: SoA features Amber, the headstrong yet irresistible tiefling rogue. As tieflings often do, she may initially appear withdrawn, suspicious and restless, but whoever manages to gain her trust will find much more beneath.

Angelo

Angelo Dosan is an NPC mod for BG2, based on the fighter-turned-mage who served as your brother's henchman in Baldur's Gate. You may remember that he sentenced you to death and fought against you in the Undercity. Most likely he didn't survive your game, but people in this world seem to have a knack for not staying dead. .

Auren Aseph

Auren Aseph is a young and eager fighter from Beregost. She was born to a middle class merchant and his wife, and grew up a headstrong girl. She will offer you her friendship and will romance another NPC.

BG1 NPC Project

The BG1 NPC Project adds a great deal of content by expanding the depth of character and levels of interaction with the NPCs from the Baldur's Gate game. Requires BG1Tutu or BGT. Support for the BG1 NPC Portrait Pack will also be handled here.

Baldur's Gate Mini Quests and Encounters

BGQE is a mini-mod for all BG games: "vanilla" BG (with or without the add-on Tales of the Sword Coast), BG1Tutu v4, EasyTutu, or BGT. It adds several small quests and encounters to the game, including the "slime quest", jastey's former stand alone BG mini quest mod.

Crossmod Banter Pack

The Crossmod Banter Pack adds new banters, romance conflicts, and interjections between various Baldur's Gate II mods.

Divine Remix

The Divine Remix mod aims to rebalance and change several aspects of divine-magic-using classes (clerics, paladins, druids, and rangers) in Baldur's Gate (via BG1Tutu) and Baldur's Gate II. The mod originally began as Cleric Remix.

Full Plate & Packing Steel

Gavin

This mod adds the new NPC Gavin to Baldur's Gate Tutu or Baldur's Gate Trilogy games. Gavin can be found outside the Song of the Morning Temple, near Beregost. Gavin is a cleric of Lathander.

The Gibberlings Three Anniversary Mod

G3A was created to celebrate G3's one year anniversary. This is a quest mod for Baldur's Gate II. Discuss, report bugs, and offer suggestions here.

Icewind Dale Mod Roundup

Come on in to discuss or get support for the the IWD Fixpack, Unfinished Business for IWD, or Item Upgrade for IWD. The IWD Tweak Pack has been discontinued in favor of Tweaks Anthology.

Item Randomiser

Wisp's Item Randomiser affects approximately 100 items in Baldur's Gate (including TotSC) and approximately 130 items in Baldur's Gate II (including ToB). Item Randomiser will randomly distribute these items throughout the game world.

Item Revisions

Item Revisions aims to fix/tweak/enhance items in Baldur's Gate II.

IWD2 NPC Project

The IWD2 NPC Project adds joinable, talkative NPCs into IWD2. The mod can be used to import a six-person pre-made talkative party, or you can create the protagonist and add five NPCs that will then initiate both inter-party banter and banter with your protagonist.

IWDification

IWDification is a mod to bring some of the elements of Icewind Dale into the Baldur's Gate series of games. A lot of this project is based upon the work of the IWD-in-BG2 conversion project. The mod adds various elements such as selectable bard songs, two-handed axes, and over 65 new spells into your BG2, Tutu, BGT, or BGEE game. Every component can be installed independently of one another.

Kivan and Deheriana Companions for BG2

Previously known as Kivan of Shilmista, Kivan and Deheriana Companions for BG2 adds a joinable NPC from BG, Kivan, and under certain circumstances, his elven wife Deheriana to the cast of BG2 actors. This mod is a telling of one of the most romantic stories of BG.

Level One NPCs

Level One NPCs is a mod that allows for ultimate flexibility with the classes and kits for the BG2 BioWare NPCs. The mod allows the player to select class and kit for every NPC and start them from level one, allowing player distribution of proficiencies and skills.

Mur'Neth

Mur'Neth is an NPC for use with either of the Baldur's Gate conversions, BG1Tutu or BGT-WeiDU. It is a Ghaunadan; one of a race of ooze shapechangers who venerate Ghaunadaur.

NPC Kitpack

The NPC Kitpack endeavors to give the BioWare NPCs kits that are more suited to their backgrounds. It uses in-game references, the NPC's abilities and P&P sourcebooks to design new kits for several NPCs. This mod has been released as an open beta.

NPC Strongholds

Think Valygar could run the ranger cabin, or Mazzy oversee the management of the Keep? So do we: the NPC Strongholds mod.

NPC Tweak for BG2

The NPC Tweak mod changes certain aspects of Baldur's Gate II NPCs. It hopes to bring them more in line with the character presented, and/or to make them more useful without deviating from their character.

Oversight

Oversight provides corrected alignment and class assignments throughout BG2, improves cleric and monk abilities, and puts new power in the hands of one of the Five.

Romantic Encounters

Romantic Encounters mod is a vast collection of romantic adventures with joinable and non-joinable, existing and completely new NPCs for Baldur's Gate II. Some of these encounters have adult content.

BG1 Romantic Encounters

Baldur's Gate Romantic Encounters Modification (BG1RE) is a mod for "vanilla" BG1 (requires TotSC), BG1Tutu v4, EasyTutu, BGT, and BG:EE, adding several encounters and quests all over the game.

Sarah

Sarah is a ranger NPC mod for BG2. She is a relatively shy but determined person who admits to loving nature more than people, but then again, perhaps she just hasn't found the right person yet.

Song and Silence

This mod adds many options to those who use rogues and bards in BG2 or BG Tutu. The mod makes several changes to thieves and bards as well as offering new items, merchants, and kits. The standalone Sharpshooter Thief Kit mod has been deprecated as it is now included in the Song and Silence mod.

Spell Revisions

Spells Revisions aims to fix/tweak/enhance arcane and divine spells in Baldur's Gate II.

Sword and Fist

Sword and Fist adds new options for those using warrior classes: Fighters, Monks and perhaps eventually Barbarians. It is designed for use with either Baldur's Gate Tutu, Baldurs Gate Trilogy, or Baldur's Gate II.

Sword Coast Stratagems

Sword Coast Stratagems (SCS) is a mod for Tutu or Baldur's Gate Trilogy. It seeks to enhance AI for various encounters as well as offering some tweaks, rule changes, and other enhancements.

Sword Coast Stratagems II

1. SCS II Playtesting

Sword Coast Stratagems II (SCS II) is a collection of mini-mods for Baldur's Gate II, affecting both Shadows of Amn and the Throne of Bhaal extension. Like its Tutu predecessor, SCS II is mostly a tactics mod, intended to make the combats in the game more challenging and interesting. SCS II is currently an open beta.

Tweaks Anthology Forum

Suggest ideas, report bugs, and discuss the tweaks for the Tweaks Anthology. BG1 Tweaks, BG2 Tweaks, IWD Tweaks, IWD2 Tweaks, and PsT Tweaks have been deprecated, and their content continued in the multi-platform Tweaks Anthology mod.

Need someone dead? Download the Vynd NPC mod for BG:EE and BGTuTu and add an irreverent drow assassin to your adventuring party. Currently in beta.

Wheels of Prophecy

The Wheels of Prophecy is a content-enhancing mod for the Throne of Bhaal expansion, mostly affecting chapter 9. It aims to make ToB more nonlinear and increase roleplay potential.

Aklon

Aklon is a mod that introduces a new male monk NPC, romancable by females of all races, for Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn and Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal.

Aran Whitehand

Aran Whitehand is a new male NPC currently under development, romanceable by females of all races and alignments, for Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn and Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal. Visit here to watch code in progress along with modder discussion of coding choices.

Enhanced Edition Trilogy

Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition Trilogy (EET) is a modification for BGII: Enhanced Edition that merges the whole saga into one game and provides continuity between the events of Baldur's Gate, Tales of the Sword Coast, Shadows of Amn, Throne of Bhaal and the upcoming Siege of Dragonspear expansion.

Icewind Dale in Baldur's Gate II

A conversion of Icewind Dale to use the Baldur's Gate II engine. Now complete and in playtesting.

IWD1Tutu

The IWD1Tutu project is an attempt at converting the original Icewind Dale game (HoW/TotL) so it can be played using the Icewind Dale II game engine.

Keeping Yoshimo

This mod currently in development expands Yoshimo's role and character. Please note: much of the discussion and development of this mod is classified as a "spoiler". Come visit after your first playthrough of SoA.

Kit Revisions

Kit Revisions aims to rebalance and tweak the classes and kits available in the Baldur's Gate II engine. Notable priorities include making all kit choices equally interesting, providing unkitted characters with similar capabilities to kitted ones, ensuring that kits are effectively balanced in Tutu and BGT, and expanding upon the concepts behind individual kits and classes.

Romance Pack for the NWN2 OC-MotB

1. Bishop's Romance (Released)

The Romance Pack for the NWN2 OC-MotB adds romance and flirts to your NWN2 game. It offers flirts for Bishop, Casavir, Elanee, Neeshka, Gann, and Safiya; full romantic tracks for Bishop and Casavir; and a Castle Wall scene for Bishop and Neeshka. It also features romantic epilogues for the four OC characters in the MotB portion of the game. This mod is available from the downloads page.
