How to create multiple EET installs?

My ultimate goal is to have two separate EET installs;

I'm on Windows, using GoG versions, and use the BWS for my installs.

The hangup I'm having is that I don't want the two installs to share things like saved games, etc.

When I make an EET install, it automatically creates a "Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition Trilogy" folder in my Documents folder:

Is there a way I can set it up to have 2 separate, and differently named folders here so that there's no sharing of save games, etc.?

That's very easy to fix since EE patch 2.0:

1. When mod installation is complete, open the file "engine.lua" in the game's root folder.

2. Change value of "engine_name" to a name of your choice. This will be the name of your new user directory where you can find savegames, baldur.lua and other user stuff.

3. Rename the "Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition Trilogy" folder in your Documents directory accordingly.
