Choo Choo
As am I. I only wanted to clarify that I did not bash christians and christianity as a whole, because that would be ridiculous - just like it's ridiculous to judge every muslim in the world based on the actions of a select few terrorists who are a disgrace to honorable and good muslims out there just as much as they are to humanity as a whole. Well, yes. Done. And sorry 'bout the rant. Link to comment
Jarno Mikkola
Besides it won't be long before Europe is controlled by Muslims. You are birth controlling and aborting yourselves to death. Nature hates a vacuum, you have abandoned Christianity and Islam is coming to fill the void. Atheism won't fill the void, it is a void in itself by definition. So if you like your socialism, enjoy it while you can. It is just like in the US, it won't be long before the Hispanics control our country. There is an old expression, he who breeds leads.I do hope this is a joke. It sure looks like one! I'm with Choo Choo on this one! But it's not a joke. The religion is very small stuff compared to the racial birth and death -rates. The social age structure is way off in the Northern Europe, meaning that the retired population grows while the working population diminishes, cause they retire or die. It was a bad idea to reduce the birth rate and make people grow older. For example in Finland there is: Children under the age of 15: 959265; 18 % of total. 15-24 years old: 652350; 12 % of total. 25-44 years old: 1457559; 28 % of total. 45-64 years old: 1319865; 25 % of total. 65 or older 763448; 14 % of total. In Sweden the statistics aren't much prettier. Age structure0-14 years: 18.19% (male 828,308; female 786,353) 15-64 years: 64.53% (male 2,911,949; female 2,814,730) 65 years and over: 17.28% (male 649,296; female 884,417) (2001 est.) And this is what it was in Finland(2005): This is the same for the USA. But you can see from this diagram you can see that the whole world will soon be all black. Especially as we go and give them food. Link to comment
berelinde
Psst! Jarno! I know you wanted to get your opinion heard, and that's cool, but now that you've had your say, let's just let it drop. We're here to have a good time and talk about mods, not to raise each others' blood pressure. If you'd like to raise your blood pressure in a good way, there are mods for it. Check out the completed mods section for some very enjoyable romances, or make some suggestions in the "in progress" areas. Aran Whitehand is the new kid on the block, so have a look. Link to comment
BevH
I am not going to fan the flames here. If the flaming continues, this thread will be locked. All I wanted to say is, if you voted, then your voice was heard even if your candidate didn't win. To those who didn't vote, shame on you... Link to comment
grogerson
Thank you. "Don't count your chickens..." applies. I have my concerns about our president-elect, as I did with Clinton way back when. And it is based on character, not the media image. As a Christian, I am commanded to pray for my leaders, Obama included, and I shall. Whichever way he leads this nation, only time will tell whether we deserve a "thank you" or a "curse you." Link to comment
devSin
Thank you. Oh, stuff it. See. I told you. ;-) And given the real upsets of the night, you may not want to offer up that second bottle of champagne. Link to comment
Azazello
As someone who's thread got locked due to "extremism", I suggest we return this thread back to its regularly scheduled programming: two-word replies. Expanded to fellow Earthlings, I hope. Link to comment
Ardanis
I wish I turned on earlier as living in Russia I certainly have something to say about democracy and Islam. Too bad for me I guess. At least this time there was no delay in election as in 2004. Congrats to all who voted for Obama then, I personally like him more too. Link to comment
Gabrielle
We go from one devil in the office to another. I'll be waiting for my tax cuts as promised. Link to comment

temujin
You have to give Americans credit for having a knack in taking a boring, meaningless circus act like the elections and turn it into one of the most watched events across the globe. Kudos! Congratulations on whoever you voted for, and for having your voice heard and all that. I'm sure your life will improve immediately. Link to comment
