Wand of the Heavens Damage and Animation Fix
Wand of the Heavens does 12d4 damage (save for only 6d4) instead of the listed 8d6 (save for only 4d6). The wand was also using the old BG-style flame strike animation instead of the new-fangled BG2 one. Note also that the new column of flame strike no longer partially travels with the target.

Celestial Weapons Lose Glowing Effects When Attacking
