I got the event with Sarah's uncle and talked to you know who to get the you know what, but now I don't know where to find the uncle again! I haven't played in a month so I don't remember any specific conversations hinting at his where abouts and my quest log is empty.

I believe he's either at the Mithrest Inn or the Inn of the Seven Veils in the Promenade section.
