[Solved] Animations for Shadows don't work - fixed

With all the installations I made so far I had the same problem: the animations for shadows, shadow fiends and wraiths don't work. Instead they appear as ghasts. I wonder if anyone experienced this as well?

 

Game is BG2 + ToB English Version, GemRB 0.8.4 on Linux. Lastest patch installed. I checked the cre files with DLTCEP, and they have the right appearance selected. Tried with a clean and unmodded installation, just created a char and moved to the circus tent via the console, the same here (see screenshot).

mghlg2.bam actually seems to be the ghast animations.

 

My solution for the time being was: Install Infinity Animations Core + the IWD shadow animations, and change all creatures with DLTCEP to use the IWD animations. Won't work for creatures added by mods that attempt to use vanilla shadow anitmations, though.
