Opponents affected by iron crisis

Hello,

 

With component Replace many magic weapons with fine ones and option fine weapons affected by iron crisis, all +1 weapons will be fine weapon that might break.

Most worthy opponents are using +1 weapons and so, they can break their weapon.

 

As a player, until I find +2 weapons, I will always pack fine weapons in my inventory to be able to switch when necessary. I remember my fighters had 4 swords in slots to handle this crisis.

But how my opponents will handle this crisis? Will they have as many weapons like I do ?

I am fearing this component might cripple my foes more than it will affect me ! Any difficult battle would turned easy if my foes loose their weapon.

 

Then I am incline to not install it. But what do you think guys?

Does the crisis even affect the opponents, cause the way I remember it's setup is that it only affects the player characters as it's done via a script(baldur.bcs I believe) that breaks the weapon 50% of times, when the effect hits them and that's 1% of all successful hits -or was it misses- on the opponent.

I'm not sure of this, I remembered something about a break effect into each normal weapon (in tutu).

Now that I have switched to BGT, I can't find it at all but I wonder...

I prefer to skip this component until I'm 100% sure it won't affect my foes.
