How to deal with SI:Divination?

I've encountered some enemies that cast it, for example graveyard lich. How do I deal with it? Aside from cheese like waiting for it to expire, but I'm sure it won't always be allowed.

I can't target invis lich to remove his spell protections, can't reveal invis because SI:Div. I was putting hopes into Spellstrike (thought it was AoE from reading a readme, but apparently that was a v3 not 4v15 that I'm playing with EET setup tool) and it seems to be single-target here (I made a test char with a lot of xp to test it).

Help.

If you're using v4, just cast True Sight. It won't dispel his improved invisibility or mirror images or whatever, but it will let you (and only you, i.e. the person who casts True Sight) target him with spells.

EDIT - even 2nd-level Detect Invisibility should work. Fighter-types can use an IR Potion of Sight (I think) and anyway even if the lich is improved invisible they can still attack him with a -4 penalty.

Thanks, I'll try it out. Any reason to pick True Sight, then? Description says it 'highlights' Project Images and Simulacra, I wonder if that's worth for a 6th lvl spell slot. I mean if you can see both real + fake, it should be obvious to see which is which since fake has no buffs? I'm just pure theory here since I've only fought a couple of mages who used them.

So what does SI:Div do then, prevent actual dispels like Oracle from working? Is there no way at all (theoretically) of removing SI:Div outside of Dispel Magic (assuming there's no SI: Abjuration, I'm not even sure enemies can have it in this mod)?

Detect Invisibility:

- lets the caster target improved invisible enemies

- once per round it dispels basic invisibility (SI:Div/Non-Detection protect against this)

Oracle:

- dispels all illusionary protections, including Improved Invisibility (SI:Div/Non-Detection protect against this)

- kills all illusionary creatures (SI:Div/Non-Detection probably protect against this)

True Sight:

- cures blindness

- protects the caster from blindness

- lets the caster target improved invisible enemies

- once per round it dispels low-level illusionary protections (RI/MI/Invisibility) (SI:Div/Non-Detection protect against this)

- once per round it makes illusionary creatures glow (SI:Div/Non-Detection probably protect against this)

Last I recall, Demi said that True Sight making illusionary creatures glow was just a proof-of-concept thing, and that he planned something cool for how they would be affected by True Sight. But we never found out what he was planning. :(

For me, I would make True Sight weaken illusionary creatures: something like, -5 Luck, -75% elemental damage, reduced spell durations, reduced caster level... whatever else makes sense. Maybe also Slow?
