It might be a mistake on my end, please, wait for v2 - should be out soon; thanks to Gorilym, command file should be working there.

(Yeah, yeah, on vacation, but I happen to have GPRS here. Was worth it just to read Jason's last posts on DC and here. :( )

{Other issues, just to show I read this stuff:

- noted about Aerie's reaction for a female PC for Sola(again, we'll be accomodating for Bioware's mistakes; still v3, I'm afraid);

- please, start a new thread for typos; v1 one is done.}

On my G4 Quicksilver running OS X 10.4.10, I've noticed that you can't simply double-click a .command file to run the install for a mod. What happens on my system is that the Terminal window opens, and a "no such file or directory" error appears. The only way I can successfully install a mod is to open a Terminal session (after making sure there's a [modname].command file and all associated files/folders inside the BGII folder, then navigate to the game directory by typing "cd /BGII\ -\ SoA" and at the next prompt, type "./[modname].command" and press Enter or Return. The script runs, and I answer any prompts that come up.

Would be really nifty if there was a simple double-click method to launch into the install process, but the above (taken from the WeiDU instructions) does the trick for me.

Happy gaming,

Eric

I'd be happy to accept double-click Mac versions for Romantic Encounters(and to use the method for Xan, Dungeon Crawl, Tiax and Xan Friendship for BG1, come to think of it ;) ), but since I do not have a Mac, I have no idea how to do it.

For now, though, the problem with v1 is fixed: command file in v2 should work fine now, I hope.
