The idea to restore the HD romance to BG2 came about in the course of Icelus' Unfinished Business mod. If you haven't heard about this mod, go check it out! Icelus and his team are researching and restoring original BG2 quests that got cut by Bioware. But I digress... due to the complexity of a romance mod, it's been spun off into it's own project. I'm going to have to rename the site "Bardic Nookie." Link to comment
