Joinable NPC with messed up kits

With bg2fixpack installed, keldor8.cre and keldor9.cre are still having wrong kits (0x001000... something). keldor10.cre and up are correct inqusitor. Still, if you go to sewers right away, you'll meet Keldorn lvl 8 inquisitor.

Could someone explain how that works?

I actually just noticed this a few days ago. Fixpack corrects kit fields for just about everyone, but we missed these two copies of Keldorn.

Well, the thing is that it works correctly in the game, according to my testing. I don't understand how.
