Old and Forgotten IWD Mod Art give away

Hello, and thank you for your very nice comments.

 

I made all the models myself back in 2002 (as i mention at the beginning), using Maya and Photoshop at the time.

And I also made all the textures except for one, the snow covered ground texture with any rocks and stuff which I actually took straight of of IWD II at the time,

just by using print screen

And in the same way, I also used the trees and the three little carts that can be seen in the lower left corner of the Thieves Stronghold Exterior.

 

To be honest, it wasn't very hard for me, since I was, and still am a professional 3d artist.

You see, being a 3d artist and a big fan of IWD and BG naturally lead to me too wanting to creating a few background images myself.

 

Now days, I just don't have the time anymore, but, I'm very glad that some people like them and might actually use them in their own projects.

 

All I wish, is if somebody ever does make a mod using them, just to let me know. It will make me happy to see them in-game
