Yes, just replicate the effect to cover all the different values of area types.
By the way, could you not be an idiot and not use math equations that in most places do not concurrent to what they do in others, such as use " != " cause you just failed to include the word "no" as in "not equal", or: ≠ , which by the by is far better sign.

I'm interested in AREATYPE different from FOREST.....

Unfortunately, there is no such entry in NearInfinity (unless it is one of those 'Undefined'....)
