Changing Weapon Style proficiency bonuses in BGT

Recently found a mod for BGEE which balances the four weapon style proficiencies, problem is, that that one 2da file which is reponsible for the changes can only be found in the EE of BG (STYLBONU.2DA).

 

Question is, if its somehow possible to improvise and bring these effects to BGT?

No, they were externaliced to the new engine. You need to use the EET to play the BG1EE+SoD as a part of the BG2EE game... to have "similar*" experience.
*It's not exact same, so I use similar.

Here's how to install all the ... mods you ever really could want to Infinity Engine games. I removed the stable word from there as Roxanne began to add BS mods that are likely to break compatibility from the BWS.

So, are the effects hardcoded into the engine?

Maybe they are externalized in tobex(?)

I guess you can do more or less anything you want by hex-editing the .exe... but it seems a lot easier to just pick up the EEs when they go on sale...

Faiths & Powers: Spell spheres and kit pack for priests and paladins
Might & Guile: Tweaks and kits for warriors and rogues
Scales of Balance: Game tweaks and rule overhauls
NPC_EE: More options for NPCs in BGEE, SoD, & BG2EE

I guess you can do more or less anything you want by hex-editing the .exe... but it seems a lot easier to just pick up the EEs when they go on sale...

 

This sadly isn't an option for me.
