Well, I downloaded the mod and installed it after the fix-issues, and so far, Irenicus' dungeon, the Bridge District, and the Umar Hills (especially) are lagging. Installing it causes it to stop, so I can only assume Sarah is causing this. Any reason why, or any way to stop this?

Sarah has no content in the dungeon and her interactions in the Bridge District are limited to interjections and interparty banter if the banters decide to fire then.

 

Lagging was not something my testers experienced either. Does anyone know if any of the other mods installed cause lag?

the answer is right there. you probably have too much content in your Override folder and Sarah was probably the proverbial camel-back-breaking straw. try biffing.
