Where can I find the updated readme?

The most recent V4 beta has a readme identical to the V3 mod.  Where can I find a readme that lists how spells work in the most recent V4 beta?

You can just read the arcane.tra and divine.tra files in the language folder to get the best idea for the majority of the spells (although there are a few spells simply not accurately described, IIRC, like Feeblemind).

You can just read the arcane.tra and divine.tra files in the language folder ...

And you do this with Notepad or any other text program, in case you were wondering.
