Borsook
I really like the idea for this, great job! A quick question - will MIT allow me to play tutu and bg2 or not? Link to comment
Grim Squeaker
Well, if you have one install for Bg2 and then a multi-install for Tutu (or vice-versa), yes. Link to comment
andrewas
Well, if you have one install for Bg2 and then a multi-install for Tutu (or vice-versa), yes. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actualy, IIRC, I never was able to make BGtutu work on a multi-install. I had some notes on what problems I was having, but damned if I can find them now. I'll look into it though. Link to comment
Andyr
I think the Tutu converter has to be run on the original install of BG2, not the clone install. Link to comment
Idobek
IIRC Tutu needs the data (and probably movies) folder to be in the same folder as BG1Tutu.exe when the conversion is run. I think you can move them out afterwards. Link to comment
underdog
I ran a Tutu on multi, i copied the entire BGII directory sans the CDx directories, modified the baldur.ini to match the new directory and it worke from there. that was my first attempt at multi-installing. Link to comment
Orions_Stardom
From memory, Tutu was the main reason the options to copy the extra folders came about. That and the fact that Oversight (I think - might be something else) likes to have the Script Compiler folder. So, yeah, Tutu should work well if you tell MIT to copy the right folders Link to comment
Western Paladin
I also haven't been able to make Tutu work on a cloned installation. Which files specifically need to be copied to the clone installation folder? Link to comment

Which files specifically need to be copied to the clone installation folder? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I still havent been able to make that one work. If it can be done at all, then copying every folder should do it. Failing that, the best I can offer is to make a clone and use the original version to run tutu on. Link to comment
Orions_Stardom
Western Paladin: Have you tried it copying all of the folders MIT allows? If it doesn't, I would say that it is a bug (since this is a fairly obvious use-case for MIT). Link to comment
Western Paladin
I tried it again this morning, and it works. Apparently you really do need to copy all the folder the MIT allows you to. I apologize for raising a false alarm. Link to comment
