Ranger same kind of problem for next quest : I saw Delon passing by while I was at cromwell's, but when I tried to talk to him he was busy, and just went away.

After a while I decided to try the same solution : C:CreateCreature("DELON") this time I could talk to him and get the quest for the ogrons.

It's harder than the usual ranger quests, but at least it still sort of works !

Sorry it took me so long to reply; I've been busy.


I really need to overhaul the ranger stronghold and release an updated version at some point.


For the fighter stronghold problem, I'm more puzzled; the code for it is generally better. I need a list of what mods you have installed.

Ok, very long list of mods, + it slightly evolved since then, it was a very long time ago now (I was at the beginning of SoA then, I am now in ToB !). But I still have savegame just before exiting the stronghold after defeating the trolls, Nalia starts the buggy dialog when you exit, so I quickly tested it, and it still happens.

... but if I remember correctly I tested quite thoroughly this specific bug and tried to uninstall almost all the mods until there was almost nothing left and it still happened. I have the savegame if you want.


Except that...a few details I noticed but didn't post because I didn't think you would come back anytime soon :

 - Aerie : the end of here cleric stronghold is quite strange. We had to assault the talos temple, except the soldiers there didn't help their mistress, so it was just more or less an assassination. Then when returning the priestess who sent us told Aerie served beyond what could be expected and never talked to us again after that. No reward, nothing.

 - Jaheira : it ended with the sort of beholder inside the kid. After defeating the beholder, the kid stayed on the ground sleeping, there was no way to wake him up, so I just left. I thought I would meet him again later, but no, nothing. When she reached level 14 she was summoned for a duel which was ridiculous for her level, she crushed her opponent and it was the end of it, she was a great druid, nothing else.

 - Minsc : finally I could finish his quest correctly with the help of the console commands and get cerberus.

 - Imoen : refused to do the mages stronghold, it's understandable, good idea.

That's all the 5th in my party was Kelsey from a mod so he had no stronghold.

And a last bug I just noticed : on the character information screen for Jaheira I now see "great druid" and "great druid" for her class. I hadn't noticed before because she still has her fighter abilities thac0 and everything, and the xp caps are good too. So everything seems good, it's just the text, you don't see warrior anymore. And in EEKeeper her class is still warrior / druid.

So it's probably nothing to worry about, I just post it to be complete !

This block needs a "Global("SpawnTeos","AR0411",0)" check, or it will be an "always true" script block that blocks all following script blocks.

Global("MultipleMages","GLOBAL",0) should be Global("KishMultipleMages","GLOBAL",0), I think.

I think you need to set the variable Global("PCSphere","GLOBAL",1) if the player choses the sphere stronghold for himself, since you add this state trigger to all of Teos' original sphere quest dialogues. So, if this path is chosen, Global("PCSphere","GLOBAL",1) needs to be at "1":
