[solved] Cant install tweaks anthology v4, setup file does not work

[Question]

I extracted the files to my BG 1 : EE folder, ran setup-cdtweaks.exe, and i got a command prompt popup asking me to choose my language. But the window does not accept my input...no matter what keys i press (like 0 for english), nothing happens at all and i cannot proceed in the installation process.

 

Whats going on?

 

Debug file says :

Edit : It seems to work after i created a weidu.log file in my BG 1 : EE folder...strange that the installer doesnt work without it and doesnt create the file by itself...
