About the "Distribute NPC Proficincies..."

This may be the wrong location to ask this, (I thought about the Tweakpack forum first), but is there any possibility of getting this made for BG2/TOB?

 

It was a little frustrating for Jaheira to go from 4-star staff and 2-star two-handed weapon style combination to the "can use many, but master of none" when I played through last time.
