argent77
The TIS files created by DLTCEP based on BMP sources have caused trouble in GemRB by showing garbled pixels. This is caused by an invalid header entry at offset 0x10 which should contain the header size (or offset to the tile data). However, DLTCEP appears to fill it only with zeros. BG2 and possibly all other IE games are either more robust or use a hardcoded offset (which is always 0x18 for standard TIS files). Link to comment
Avenger
Yeah, sounds weird, since the code contains tisheader.offset = sizeof(tisheader) [edit] I added some more such lines to make sure it is always set. Link to comment
argent77
Just noticed another small issue. Whenever I'm opening a TIS file that only exist within a BIFF archive, DLTCEP automatically creates a copy of that file in the override folder. However, it sets the wrong version in the TIS header (V2 instead of V1). Link to comment
