StefanO
The Geomantoc Sorcerer kit v5 fails to install on an otherwise unmodded BG2:EE v2.5. Please see the attached debug file. I don't know if I'm actually using v5. The download web page claims to download v5. But the both the download file name and the setup-druidsor.tp2 file speak of v4. setup-druidsor.debug.zip Quote Link to comment
Almateria
This is gonna sound awkward, but are you sure it actually failed to install? Because apart from the missing string errors the debug log seems immaculate! Quote Link to comment
argent77
I've noticed these and other issues as well. The installation process complains about string @14 not being available, but still installs successfully. When choosing the Geomantic Sorcerer kit at character creation, the game crashes when you accept the kit selection in IWD:EE (v2.5). In BG:EE and BG2:EE (both v2.5) the game crashes when you proceed to spell selection during character creation (at different spell levels though). Quote Link to comment
StefanO
In my BG2:EE v2.5.16 installation the game crashes at kit selection time. Quote Link to comment
southfla79
Was going to try this out but can't find the version 5 for download. The download page seems to only have ver 4 Quote Link to comment
CamDawg
Well, this is just embarrassing all around. Version 6 is up; the crashes were caused by a bug in the library that could make the new kit-specific spells end up being some random level. The missing string reference and package name are also corrected. Quote Link to comment
southfla79
Couple of quick reports with just this mod installed - Summon Shambling Mound does nothing. casting animation works but no mound - cure spells don't seem to cure. Cast both Cure Medium and Cure Serious wounds on myself, no health cured. (yes I was damaged ) Edited September 4, 2018 by southfla79 Quote Link to comment
CamDawg
What platform are you playing on? Quote Link to comment
southfla79
So I uninstalled than reinstalled the mod. Shambling Mound appeared after casting. However, the cure line of spells still don't heal any damage. Tried on self and on NPCs Quote Link to comment

southfla79
I totally forgot about this. I took a look at the geomantic cure spells and compared them to the vanilla cure spells....the power level is set to 0 for all of them. I did some edits via near infinity and all is well now. CamDawg
Can one of you try replacing functions.tpa (in druidsor/lib) with the attached and see if it fixes the issue? I think I've spotted the flaw in the macro thanks to southfla79's post. functions.tpa Quote Link to comment
southfla79
cure spells work now with the new functions.tpa! Edited September 12, 2018 by southfla79 Quote Link to comment
CamDawg
Great, I've bumped the release to v7 with the fixed library. Quote Link to comment
