Bugs in BG1 ToSC, GemRB 0.6.3

1. Female mage in game looks as female fighter (in character generation looks properly)

2. Female paladin in game looks as female mage (in character generation looks properly)

3. Color dialog displaying in game with graphical artifacts

4. Customization sub-dialogs(appearance, colors, sound, scripts) is not closed properly, it's going under main customization window

5. White stripped lines on portraits in all dialogs

6. In briefings, first letter(image) sometimes hides

7. If I use potion (such as healing potion) from inventory window, portrait window in the traveling mode is not updated with changes. Possibly script issue.

8. After saving the game screen fills by parts of loading screen.

9. Level up icon not displayed on portrait.

10. Health addition is not same with original game. (not a bug)

11. Area transition bug (Beregost<->Temple)

12. Mage specialization not works, such as Conjurer may learn "Identify" on generation screen.

13. Game settings not saving to ini file.

14. Area on the north then Friendly Arm. If Gerde NPC attack ankheg first, my characters can't attack this ankheg. The cursor on this ankheg shows as slashed circle. Force attack also not work.

15. No dialog for memorizing spells on mage character generation.

16. Specialist mage has no additional slots for spells in spellbook. Disappears meaning of this class.

17. If any game window opened(Map, Options, Inventory, etc.) and dialog script been started, game not return to adventure mode. Dialog area merges with opened window. Result - return to game mode is impossible.

18. Android specific. Light-green edges around some indoor areas.

19. Priest spell casting bug.

20. Creature animation bug. Some small creatures sometimes hides. (such as Gibberlings, Xvarts, Gouls, etc.)

21. Characters walking, shooting, casting through doors. NPC too.

22. No moving sounds.

Unfortunately, no. I trying original English version of BG - bug present.

not a bug in generation dialog, bug is in the game (record->customize->colors->palette)

another bugs

Ok, I'll go fix the ingame buttons too.

 

You don't need linux to develop gemrb. And according to ohloh, python is only 25% of the code, the rest is C/C++ (which needs more work anyway). The engine is split into plugins, pretty sensible classes and we're available for guidance. :)

New bugs:

1. If I use potion (such as healing potion) from inventory window, portrait window in the traveling mode is not updated with changes. Possibly script issue.

2. Sometimes screen fills by parts of loading screen. This bug appears after a few dialogs with the NPC, then open windows (inventory, journal) etc. Click on any place of the windows except the buttons to get this bug. See screnshot. Bug appears often and prevents play. If you can not repeat it, I'll try to record video.
