  1. Like Vlan posted above, I am really interested to use your awesome World Map from EET in both my BGEE and BGEE 2 games (I don't use EET atm because certain mods I like are not compatible. I've used it before though, it's awesome. ) Is it possible to do so?
  2. Is this possible? I love that awesome World map that EET uses, and I was wondering if it’s possible to use it on my BGEE game.
  3. Mmkay so I figured it out. It was Lefreut’s newest Enhanced UI version - if you install it on 2.5, it removes some UI sounds. And yep he DID post on his download link to use an older version of his UI mod for version 2.5 of BGEE, I didn’t see it. I’m dumb. You can delete this thread please or, leave it up in case there are other dummies like me.
  4. Not to reply to myself a third time (sorry) but is this just happening to me? If you install Baldur's Gate on Steam and then apply the 2.5 version after, do your sounds work when you right click on an item? Just curious if it's just a problem related to my PC or something. If someone could take a few mins and try it for me, that would be awesome, thanks.
  5. Ahh so I think I figured it out. I was running the beta 2.5 for my last run instead of 2.6 (for mod compatibility reasons), and for some reason when you install that version, the sounds when you right click your items is gone. Reverting it to 2.6 fixes it, weird. Is there a quick fix to restore the sounds on a 2.5 game?
  6. I just started an EET run and everything seems great so far, except for one minor thing - when i right-click an item in my inventory or one in a shop, no sound plays. The closing of the item description page plays a sound, and right clicking a spell plays a sound but items do not. To fix this, would I be looking at the UI.menu script? I'm pretty sure the sound hasn't been replaced by a silent.wav, because the sound effect when you right click a spell is the same sound as an item (I think?) Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.
  7. Thanks boys. I'll check it when i get on my pc. *Yep that was it, I didn't see the other ones. Thanks again. 90 and 98 was it.
  8. I edited the WEAPPROF.2DA to allow my custom cleric kit to be able to use long swords and spears, and it's not showing up when I start a new character and get to the screen where you put your pips into weapon styles. I put a 2 in both large swords and spears. I've triple-checked. Is there another 2DA file somewhere that you have to edit to make it so you can put points into them?
  9. Thanks a lot for all the info kjeron. Really appreciate your expertise.
  10. Understood. I think you just saved me some trouble because I was using an even number and not an odd one. If my PC is a mage but doesn't use those ranges of 52 and 62, does anything bad happen? Oh and another question I have, how do I open .plt files to check the BAMs in them? I can see them in NI but is there a way to extract them?
  11. Thank you! I had a feeling it was something like this. I’d buy you a beer if I could, thanks man.
  12. Oh, so if I’m missing the paper doll BAM’s then the avatar doesn’t work at all? I thought it still would because some of the animations don’t have a paper doll at all (like Ellisime, for example.) I’ll try that though, thanks.
  13. So I have been trying to add one of Moinesses's Avatars (the female long haired elf avatar/paperdoll) to my game and I thought I was doing everything correctly. I made the .ini file, named everything correctly, picked an empty animation slot, changed the name of the BAM's, etc. It even shows up just fine in my animate.ids. But when I select it in EEKeeper and then load up my game, my character is a giant toadstool thing lol. Can someone please take a quick look at my files and see where I messed up? I couldn't upload them here so I'll link them to my Google Drive. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1PBdugl8Autfi96mgUAgP6PUNwbWwH4O1?usp=sharing
  14. Hey guys, I can't for the life of me figure out how to take Moinesse's wonderful avatars and add them to the game without replacing anything. I would like to do this to make my PC and NPC's more unique and not have them replace all the NPC's in the game with them. That way, I can just select their avatar in EEKeeper for each NPC.Just a silly thing. I have been trying to figure out. If this is easy, could someone please do this for me or explain how to do it? I would really appreciate it, thank you!
  15. When I last played TuTu (before I bought the EE games) I installed a bunch of mods. One of them made the casting voice sounds different for elves, it made them higher pitched. Which was nice for some variety. I googled a bunch about this but I cant find that mod. Does anyone know which mod added that, please?
