  1. Hey @morpheus562 Please don't make his appearance delayed. For two reasons at least: 1) One of the main points of such excruciating fights like - Improved Guarded Compound, Kuroisan, Improved Twisted Rune and so on - besides the pleasure of beating the opponents, are the toys you get as a reward. And the sooner you beat them, the sooner you get to use the toys. Hence, for instance, beating Guarded Compound and Kuroisan on, let's say, 10th level with SCS, and then being able to use the gear you get, during still beginning of the game, is awesome. 2) I wouldn't say Celestial Fury gets obsolete after beating Kuroisan - it's quite the opposite. For dual wielding Kensai/Morituri/Assassin/etc it's one of the best additions. And obviously, the sooner you can get it, the better. As long as we're on the Kuroisan topic, there are some matters I've been wondering about: 3) Did you happen to remove the cheese from him - like, if I remember correctly, undroppable Vecna Robe, Ring of Gaxx and other items of that ilk? 4) I also remember that the Acidic Backlash on Sanchuddoku was utterly broken. Is that resolved?
  2. Wow, thx @jmerry for the detailed response. And here I thought, that it would be as easy as changing the kit and the changes would be applied retroactively. I think I need to find some other (simpler) way.
  3. Hello, I'd like to edit a save game in NI and change my character from multi-class Fighter/Mage into a Kit/Mage. Specifically a kit installed from a mod. Is something like that possible in NI with retaining all the features of such multi-class setup? I've already tried on my own, however I'm not sure what exactly should I change. I suppose the most crucial are the three selected properties from the attached image. Of course the easiest way would be to use the latest multikit mod, which is sg_multikits. Unfortunately it wipes the backstab multiplier from single-class thief kits in the game So, if I'm not wrong, the only way to achieve such thing is to use NI/EEkeeper.

  5. I think there is something seriously wrong with my installation regarding, among others, spell protections. My weidu log. SCS changes a fair bit about spells. But I am not sure, if SCS is the cause. However, the issues that I noticed: 1. No way to have more that one SI with SI: Abjuration. So for instance SI: Abjuration and SI: Alteration will not work. Only one will. 2. Spell deflection wears off instantly after casting. 3. Spell turning eats every protection spell that is casted afterwards and disappears. Other thing is that Death Spell does not kill improved Kangaxx's summonings Does it suppose to work like that?
  6. It seems to be true. On a new game, when AI is on, the leveling issue is gone. But only for human characters. If it's elf or half-elf, the problem still persists. This seems to completely eliminate the problem.
  7. You are right. I moved RR before SCS and all the errors are gone.
  8. I confirm the bug with “customize NPC” and continuous leveling with version 32.7. In a new BG2EE game, Imoen gets new levels in her second class, when she shouldn't have. Also after installing SCS, some of the mods I chose (Rogue Rebalancing and Atweaks), fail to install. Is the cause something that SCS changes or should I report it to the mod's authors?.
  9. Another error. This time the cause is Spell Revisions. Changelog for SCS RC3 says it's optimised for SRv4final. I have version b16. Could it be the reason SCS fails to install? Debug attached. setup-stratagems.debug.zip

  11. I can't conveniently read .gz, but I suspect this is the same problem that OSX users are having. I *probably* have a fix but am waiting for confirmation. Ok, it should be good now. I changed it to rar. OK, yes: this is the same issue with SSL on OSX not installing that I posted about on another thread here. Can you try the solution I posted there and let me know if it works? Sorry for the late reply. Bun since I'm going to play with a lot of mods on Linux, I needed to figure out this case sensitive/insensitve stuff once and for all. I can confirm that the new version from github installs on Linux.   13. I also get some errors during installation on BG2EE 2.5 on Linux. I installed other mods before SCS and thought that it was the cause. However, installing only SCS also gives the same errors. I attached a debug file. setup-stratagems.debug.rar
