I've not really done much on it in a while, though, since I have been coding Eranon/UB/other things. Link to comment
NiGHTMARE Posted February 6, 2006 Share Posted February 6, 2006 Well, a couple of beta versions have been released internally, though thinking about it they should really have been called alphas . The current beta contains around 30 new items, a couple of creature script overhauls, lots of non-joinable character portraits, and a couple of secret components. Of course that's far from all that's been completed. We have a huge amount of new dialogue written (much of which even the other team members haven't seen so far ), much of which has been coded though not yet implemented. There are numerous other things that have had all their details fully fleshed out, but just need to be coded; creature improvements and new encounters are the prime examples of this. At the moment I'm slowly working on beta 3, which I hope will contain a dozen or so more items, the first version of our Underdark expansion, and one or two new quests. After that, a public demo is a definite possibility. However, progress on the project has slowed, because my time as an unemployed layabout recently came to an end . Link to comment

I was little afraid that the LOL team members has been spreading themselves too thin among other projects -- good to know that there is progress.
