Sergio
Thanks Kaeloree for pointing me that link. I know that there is a version available, it's just that I would like to see an official version out Link to comment
Ankhesenpaaten
Wait ... what is that place? It doesn't have a readme or a forum? Is it just for developers, mainly? Is it for BG2 or BG2 EE? I have GOG version now, so if I download it and install it, I have a new install now and just started playing again, will I be all right? Link to comment
Ankhesenpaaten
Ugh...was that really a bunch of dumb questions? Sorry. Link to comment
Kulyok
Probably no one but cmorgan knows the correct answers. As far as I know, this is the official version + some additions; it hasn't been tested, but I don't see why it shouldn't work(I can grant that all my additions were tested one by one before I submitted them). Oh, thank you! Whew...I wondered if I was being unintentionally dense. And, as for your submissions, you have the well-deserved reputation of always testing and your work rarely, if ever, having bugs. I know firsthand. You also took this non-Xan lover and turned her into a HUGE Xan lover. I'll look into this then. The site looks confusing to me, but I'm sure it's really not. The lack of a readme and such had me confused, but I'll take another look. Or, if I can be patient, just wait for the official version here. Thanks again. Link to comment
cmorgan
The reason it is not out is that it is untested, and working through the non-coded stuff is slow - but anything Kulyok coded is taken directly and therefore has been tested. Her packages from the update thread were integrated directly, and since she set them up using Crossmod's format, are definitely ready to use EDIT: You need the Testing Branch - https://github.com/cmorganbg/Crossmod_Banter_Pack_for_Baldurs_Gate_II/tree/Testing/crossmodbg2 Link to comment

Ankhesenpaaten
Um (I'm so hopelessly inept), I am supposed to copy the entire dialogues from there that I want and paste them into the crossmod dialogue folder and then they will go into my game? I'm a bit scared to do that, but I think that is what I need to do. And it's probably not so hard if that is what I need to do. I just want to be sure that I'm understanding this correctly. I mainly just need Kulyok's material as I am installing Xan and Dace and Isra and I see that she has banters for them. Gods, will I EVER understand pc stuff? >_< Link to comment
Kulyok
Github can be very user-unfriendly, yes. Took me quite a while to find the download option, too. Okay, here's what you've got to do: click https://github.com/cmorganbg/Crossmod_Banter_Pack_for_Baldurs_Gate_II/tree/Testing , then take a look at the lower right, and press "download zip". Then you'll get the whole mod! Link to comment
Ankhesenpaaten
*face-palm* Oh, for goodness' sake! If it had been any more obvious it would have bitten me. I can't believe I never saw it when I looked and looked! It's actually pretty funny now, tho. Thank you, Kulyok! Well, you said it took you time to find it, too, so I guess I can excuse myself a bit. You are beyond awesome not only for your knowledge but your quick help. Thanks! Link to comment
jastey
(I needed to be pointed to that zip-download button on GitHub, too. Before, I kept staring at the listed files and thought ummmm, yeah, now what? - You are not alone. ) Link to comment
