Bug report: Raoul spawn prevents Bridge's ExploreArea()

The block to spawn Raoul in the Bridge District script prevents the normal revealing of the map; it needs a Continue() or moved to an EXTEND_BOTTOM. :)

I noticed this, though the map revealed itself the second time I wandered through the area.

 

Something similar may be happening with the City Gates, unless that's also the case in vanilla BG2? Then again, I don't know of any added component to that area, so perhaps it's nothing (much smaller area to explore in any case).
