Well, the truth is that Caedwyr has not officially visited the G3 site last year at all( Last Active Oct 26 2012 07:19 AM )... so it's likely that he has stopped making BG2 mods. The kit is kinda too complicated for easy remake in EE engines as one should make a pure Sorcerer kit out of it, and the excess new spells make it harder to actually balance. And even as I know how to convert the kits, I have not ever started my kit revolution either in the EE engines... so I am out. Quote Link to comment

It was the kit who inspire me to make my own kits, and i've tried to make as good, but i think i've have miss. If i can now help the kit to be compatible with BGEE/BG2EE, it will be with pleasure. Ishad Nha Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 (edited) One approach, get the mod working on the original BG2, then see how it works in terms of the Infinity Engine. You may be able to get bits of it working on BG2EE.If the GS is overpowered, some of the GS spells/abilities could be dropped.I just created a Geomantic Sorceror version of Jaheira, using the methods outlined in my recent posts in the topic Enhanced Edition Compatibility with L1NPCs, as found in the Level One NPCs forum. Here's a mod makers list for the differences... automate, erhm, nope. Not that all that's strictly needed either, most of the mods actually work if you aren't coded not to work... kits, yeah, they were actually in the list that were to intentionally made not to work cause they do not extend enough .2da files, to make "everything work smoothly". I was able to install the GS Mod on BG2EE, so far it seems to work well enough. Kit name and Kit description are still those for the trueclass Sorceror. You need to utilize this--- the .tpa file with: INCLUDE ~*modfolder*/fl#add_kit_ee.tpa~Yes, the above linked file as that file.And LAF fl#add_kit_ee ... as something like: LAF fl#add_kit_ee STR_VAR kit_name = CA#DSORC END Ahh, apparently the CamDawn's link is broken, it should lead to here.
